Our excited client submitted the required documents, proof of income, proof of residency, along with her ID, and was quickly approved. Just like we have done with this client, if she is unable to come see us in person, one of our DOERS can meet with you over the phone to work through the process of getting you a vehicle. Customers can fill out closing documents anywhere through Docusign, a platform that also allows customers to digitally sign their contracts on any device, get their own copy of the paperwork, and take their time to read the fine print. Unlike other dealerships that make it impossible to get a car without being available in person, Vamos Auto does everything in its power to get you approved and have a car as soon as possible. As you can see, properly educating the customer throughout the car purchasing and loan approval process is of utmost importance to the Vamos Auto team. Team members will help clarify any aspects of the loan or ownership agreements that may seem confusing, especially to first-time buyers. It is common for our customers to have never experienced the car buying process before, and we are here to help and assist the customer every step of the way.
